Bit of a rough patch last few days,  got the meds adjusted, and I am back on track.

GEEK ALERT

Skim it if you want, it does get quite Geeky with lots of charts, about absorption rates and the like.  No Simple Subject, the contraindications and interactions, 

A working knowledge is not required by the patient, but an appreciation of all the variables that your team of medicos are considering when setting  the amount, delivery method, and timing of your dosages, weighing lab results, clinical observations, vital signs, and I hope a sense of the art of prescribing. Like the two day splitting headache cured in minutes with the application of some caffeine in the form of the elixir Coca Cola. 

I had skipped coffee two days running.

Get it wrong , and you hurl your meds, and then can't hold anything down, and wind up driving the Porcelain Bus

Get it right and you can eat some of what you are used to in small ongoing snacks and you can be a happy eater.
